On January 3, 2022, Paradise Valley and Rancho Solano will be implementing an approved rate increase to our posted/rack green fee rates. Monday through Friday rates will increase by $2 and weekends and posted holidays rates will increase by $3. Loyal-Tee Rewards member rates will also increase by $2 Monday through Friday and $4 on weekends and posted holidays. Loyal-Tee Rewards members’ accumulative rewards points earned will increase to 800 (one complimentary round of golf), 1,500 (two complimentary rounds of golf) and 2,200 (four complimentary rounds of golf). Golf cart fees for twilight and super twilight will also be adjusted by $2.
Paradise Valley and Rancho Solano have strived to be competitive in our pricing throughout the years. While cart fees were increased four years ago, the two courses have not increased green fee rates since 2014. Since that time, cost-of-living increases have impacted the cost to operate these two facilities. Increases in water, fuel, general materials and supplies, and workforce wages are just a few examples of the increased costs to run these properties daily.
We will continue to offer value pricing options through our Loyal-Tee Rewards program. To join, the annual fee will remain at $59.99 and $49.99 for seniors. The membership provides benefits such as:
- Reduced green fees seven days a week with no time restrictions
- Access to twilight/super twilight tee times one hour early
- Up to 14-day advance tee time reservations
- Accumulative reward points, redeemable for complimentary golf
- Guest passes and range certificates
