ABOUT PARADISE VALLEY & RANCHO SOLANO

Welcome to Paradise Valley and Rancho Solano Golf Courses

Paradise Valley and Rancho Solano, located midway between San Francisco and Sacramento, offer a unique opportunity by having the best of both worlds with two distinct golf courses that offer completely different characteristics from one another. Golfers, both local and out of area, have coined these golf courses as being two best in class in Northern California.

Paradise Valley was established in 1993 and designed by Robert Muir Graves.  The golf course provides a beautiful serene setting with oak studded fairways, meandering seasonal creeks and scenic lakes on five holes. It is a favorite among golfers who prefer to walk and has been awarded Best Golf Course of Solano County by the readers of the Vacaville Reporter for over 7 consecutive years. The practice facilities, including the lighted driving range, short game practice area and custom club-fitting and repair, are among the best in the area.

Rancho Solano opened in 1990 and was designed by Gary Roger Baird. Rancho Solano is known for two things; country club look and feel and the largest greens in Northern California. Rancho Solano has a beautiful layout with rolling terrain, undulated greens and elevated tees nestled in the hills of the community of Rancho Solano. Rancho Solano has received the Daily Republic’s Readers’ Choice Awards for Best Golf Course in Solano county since the golf course opened in 1993, as well as Worth the Green Fee by Greenskeeper.org in 2015, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
